Our story
Crestony is a candle and home decor shop based in Leicester. We keep the range small - five candles and five holders and decor pieces - so every product gets proper attention, from the wax and the vessel to the care notes on each page.
Every product page lists the materials, the dimensions, the wax weight and the approximate burn time. Delivery is free across the UK with Royal Mail Tracked, and you can return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Brass taper holders, a fluted glass hurricane, a stoneware candle plate, amber tealight holders and a bud vase.
Straight answers on delivery, returns and candle care. Need more? Read the full FAQ or contact us.
Delivery is free on every order with Royal Mail Tracked, with no minimum spend. We deliver to the United Kingdom only.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day. Processing takes 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday) and transit 2 - 3 days (Monday to Friday), so orders arrive within 3 - 5 days (Monday to Friday).
You can return faulty items, and new items that are unopened or never used, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, or exchange them. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. This is in addition to your 14-day statutory right to cancel. E-mail contact@crestony.shop to start a return.
Trim the wick to about 5 mm and let the first burn last until the melted wax reaches the edge, usually 2 - 3 hours. Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time or leave it unattended.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are in GBP and include VAT.
